Dear Members,
We suffered the longest downtime in Wazua yesterday. Hints of the issue sprung up on Saturday with the
desktop issue before escalating to full downtime.
This was occasioned by technical problem with our hosting provider and was resolved after 24 hours of continually badgering our partners. We are decided on the following:
1. to fire our partner and migrate
2. instituting measures to ensure we are always in control in the event of a recurrence
I'd also like to reassure our @Cardinal that the fantastic story is more rumor than fact, unless of course the senior programmers are resident in Canada
