@stocksmaster,i do not recall any updates on the same,but was there any possible reason for CMA to decline?,the dilution was not going to be that much.

The volumes today were thin. Yesterday the volumes were much higher but most of the trades were at 9 rather than 9.75 so no significant amount of cash was to be made...
