Thanks @GenghisCapitalLtd for your response. I actually moved to u from an IB after online trading was dicontinued at that IB. I learnt later it was due to abuse by staff. I have never looked back. So I agree that online is not everything! but moving forward it (with caution) it's necessary.
The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it's conformity.

What happened to my Kengen dividend for October Does anyone check to see that all your clients have received their interest? Two other close friends and fellow investors also tell me of the same predicament with you guys. One actually thinks you should work with a more organised bank if you want to excel!

@Bwenyenye. I concur with @kryptonite. Dividend payment by Kengen is a respoponsibility of Kengen and their/her "Registrar". The broker has no control.

D&B has seriously stepped up their game.. They changed up their offices, employees and Their new online trading platform is awesome.. They also send research reports to all clients who request for it..

Im so glad I gave them a chance to improve their services¡¡
