I am not good in either fundamental analysis or technical analysis...so am torn between this two...which one is the best in the medium term?

P/E for HFCK 8 against Kengen's 9.55 and considering the later's price is bottoming out. i will prefer Housing finance.
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

I do not agree with you on this. Dividend Yield for Kengen is 3.24% against HF 2.86%. but one is likely to make more capital gains on Housing finance as compared to Kengen

My friend.. HFCK paid an INTERIM dividend of 50cents and kengen paid a FINAL dividend of 50cents..

Im projecting HFCK will pay a total interim and final dividend of 1bob for 2011.. That squashes kengen by far..

what about the prices. because dividend yield is calculated according to the price.
