wazuans, does any one have the kestrel research note on this share swap?? Is it worth waiting for or should an investor stick in and see what happens?

Very high PE considering cyclical nature of the business. significant downside risks hence i target to increase to my meagre holdings if it trades 30-40.

This is not the time to hold on this share...reasons being low occupancy and there is construction starting off this year...Also since this is election year, there will be lots of politicians coming for meetings, that is enough reason to chase guests...
