The parcel measures approximately 25 acres and is beach front. It also has road access. The asking price is Euro 80,000.00 per acre. This is very negotiable as the owner is eager for a quick sale. Further details can be forwarded upon interest from serious buyers only after viewing. Kind Regards,

Quick sale most likely before they get Syokimaud. Would tread very carefully here.

where in malindi?. In some mld sides, the beach has receded by more than 1km in recent years, thus some hotels have been left very far in.

Land in coast is sensitive especially large holdings of 10 or more acres that are undeveloped. Some were allocated to well connected people in the Moi/Kenyatta days and the locals are still very bitter. You can never tell until you get on the ground yourself and speak to the people or try placing beacons.
