Same terms and timeframe as mv ufanisi deal(escept for the options),5 years out so summer of 2014,right after the 2012 PEV heat has settled down. And people have to put down their names on which side they are on right now. No fence sitters or defections.

Where are those Equity cheerleaders now who where predicting over 100% earnings growth. And look at the increase in non-performing lans,up 138% yet provision for NPL down 59%. Bottom line,bank is over-leveraged,hakuna pesa.

If i were you i would shut up and wait for the Q1 results of all the other banks to be declared. BTW whats your say on Safaricom's reduction in profits this year or better yet DTK's performance?????

A shareholder cannot be viewed suspiciously for diversifying their portfolios e.g. the Mugukus wanted to buy the Stanchart building on Moi Av the article reports. That sounds like a sound investment, no pun intended

No way can this happen smile The government wouldnt allow the biggest bank in the region by customer deposits (6 million last time I checked) to collapse!!

Care to share how the bulk of their bond portfolio was converted from held for trading to held to maturity in just one quarter....20bob for the right answer!
