Its disgusting that the members have little to do since Maalim and Marende have refused to let them choose the chairperson. Now they have been instructed to seek PM guidance on parliamentary matters. Is this the brinkmaship that we expect even with the new constituion. This is sheer nonsense and totally unacceptable. No wonder UK asked wether it's unless raila says something that it wil be acceptable
Marende and Maalim should rise above petty party politics to get us to the next level

What did you expect?
The Chairman is acting on the interest of his party boss the PM. The speaker and deputy speaker are doing the same.
The group will totaly disregard the law when it does not favour them. This includes the Solomonic decisions taken by the speaker just to avoid ruling against the PM.
The ODM party should rise above this. Namwamba needs to mature up. The speaker should lead and follow the rules and laws set by the house he heads.
Am finding them very unprofessional just like the boundries commission which was biased when given a national task.
If not in favour of the PM then its not good for the country? Not everyone is a member of ODM. Is this the leadership of the party being transfered to the national platform.
This is impunity of the highest form. Complete disregard of the laws by its custodians.
