Malawi Vs Sudan now on....which side do you support and why!!!

A draw won't hurt our chances..

Sudan only has a point after their draw with ethiopia in their last match, they lose and their chances will significantly approach zero as they meet us in the final match, so I want them to lose this!!!!

True but then again if that happens, Malawi will be through with 6 points, leaving Sudan and Kenya to fight it out in a winner goes through duel.I doubt Kenya will perform in such a high pressure match. But we just might sneak through with a draw!

Watching Sudan playing now I am very emboldened and believe we have a strong outside chance. They pass it well and quick in the middle but in the green zone they haven't worked out their execution fully. They are also defending a very high line and their defenders don't look that fast - reminds me of Chelski.

If Stars field properly and prey on Sudanese weaknesses we can shock Sudan. Importantly we need guys who can defend and press in the middle. Gatuso, Mulama and Mieno/ Ocholla look a shoe in for this game, we can't afford to give them too much ball. No place for Malo in this game because of tactics unless he improved by a whole mile in the ET game. Hapo mbele if we play Mugalia, Waruru and Vincent (so far our 3 quicker forwards) we will knock in a few. If Were could calm his nerves he would have been the ideal player for this game because he can sprint to through balls and get to them before the lanky Sudanese defenders. I hope we don't go putting in crosses because they have decent height at the back. Didn't watch our defence yesterday but I hope the guys who kept a clean sheet get to play. All in all our game plan is very sound for this game especially the slow build up and possession but we MUST prey on sudanese weaknesses.

After the draw btw sudan and malawi,i do believe the stars have a better chance of qualifying for the quarter finals all they need to do is just finish sudan off completely.
This last game Kimanzi should introduce Erick masika in the defense line up to enable us maintain a clean sheet.

Malawi 4 points
Kenya 3 points
Sudan 2 points
Ethiopia 1 point

It is possible to win this tournament this time round

The Kenya team is disappointing. One of our defenders was trying to dribble past two Sudanese inside our D. Clear the ball dummy.

3-Nil is doable here. I still insist. A leopard is a necessary ingredient in the winning national team.

Any comments about the game? Once again i have been proved right. Long live the Leopard. Zico tried to manage a team with minimum Ingwe players and failed, with kimanzi having none uou can easily guess how far we can go.

1-Nil to hapless Kimanzi and TZ thwacked 2-0 (the penalty for TZ was an Mpesa issue) by ZIM;This left Stars hoping for a mathematical chance.
That Stars were playing to qualify as the best looser.

Al bashir boys dispatch Burundi 2:0

What Kenya needs is a National team coach.....apana National/Club, now that Sirkal has realeased Zico, he should be considered for the role of national coach in a permanent basis!!!!

Apart from National Coach, I still do not see talent in our players. Only creative player I have seen so far is Mugubi, but then that was against sychelles[sp]? Otherwise, no game plan, no direction; nobody leading the team on the pitch?

We just need a draw to advance but alas, we were dispatched!
