Anyone with information about land around this place? An ideal checklist before committing cash in this area?
My little research brought me to this

What does this mean?No transaction allowed? What are the dangers?

Mmmmmh.good that govt et al are no waking up.im not sure if the land around kyumvi belongs to the co-op.i hear that most is actually owned by individuals
