This is not very good and especially because there are a number of Kenyan's working with NGO's in Sudan and also Kenya's role in the Sudan - South Sudan Peace process. Of course Sudan has reacted in an unwise manner but this might also be an excuse. May be it is an excuse to ignore the CPA.

That was a very stupid judgement by that crazy judge. Destabilizing the region and creating enemity with our neighbours wont do us any good. Sudan can as well finance al shebab. A war with alshebab raging, a diplomatic spat with eritrea, a boundary dispute with Ug, a suspicious Tz, this to me, was one stupid move by Ominja. Nkt!

The Kenyan judiciary wanted to be seen independent but their ruling did not factor the bilateral relationships between the two countries which are more important that Bashir and ICC. Some rulings especially when sponsored by activists are not done for the good of this country.

Kenya was instrumental in ensuring the independence of the South Sudan. Bashir was the necessary Devil. However much the law says there is the other side of the coin. Now the relations between the Nort and the south may be and will be definately affected. To the North, Kenya waited until the independence of the South to Issue the warrant. The south relies on the northern Sudan for refining of their Crude Oil. They arent out of the woods yet.
