Away from theory, apply patience with your ca$h!!! It's not just investing for the sake of investing or holding cash for cash's sake. Regardless of the crazy inflation figures, which I may add - may hit the top in Nov11, if one, and 'we' are many, are planning to return to equities, you don't want to miss the bus by tying funds in lengthy bond periods!!! anyho, by all indications, aren't rates on bonds & T-Bills on the rise???!!! Patience is key hence the applicable adage for the time 'Cash is King'!!! smile

If it's wave C then 3000 should hold. But fundamentals are so cooked thus wave 3 will unfold. The capitulation is taking time, but at wave 5, the squeeze will have most wanjikus on surrender mood. I'll be checking vols for mpesa & equity going forward.
$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

Capitulation is taking place at the Kenol counter right now..wave 3 has taken its toll..if this thing/NSE turns into wave 3 or 5, i will surrender at 3000 cos the possibility of new record lows is real...by that time some brokers will not be able to pay salaries of their staff.

Correct! And this was in March 2009(between 4th and 9th). The Dow was seriously bleeding at sub 7,000pts! Can you imagine?
