Wonder if he is riding with euphoria or delivering justice. I dont see how we should be having a four story house at the fence of a military installation, these building should have been demolished the moment they were built

He once threw out a case involving innocent imbibers who had breached mututho law. I christened him 'Justice Wasamehe', ululated n dialed a zero (threw a round).

Its time this Eastleigh airbase is moved elsewhere, since its operations don't mainly serve the residents of NBI. The reasoning that all buildings which are 3 storey and above in Eastleigh should be brought down due to security is vague where was the government when the said buildings where being built.

I absolutely admire the conviction of this judge... He is never swept by the "politically correct" winds that affect the Kalonzos of this world. Some facts I've learnt from him.. demolitions should only be done after adequate notice is given (surely a Govt cannot print one thing in the Kenya Gazette and then switch stories the next day). ... If Kenyans did not want capital punishment, they would have said so in the constitution... they didn't which means they have use for it despite the feelings of the West who by the way hang about 200 people in Texas every year... Fact number 3: Mututho's law did NOT outlaw drinking before 11:00 a.m. only the sale of alcohol.. so Warsame did NOT forgive anyone.. He simply stated that there is NO law against imbibing at any time.. In fact, he stated that he would effectively apply the "drunk and disorderly" law if proven bcoz it exists.

What i fear most is the strong words the judge used, its like a guy who says "No so and so No Peace" and want us to believe he never incited the masses. I still stand for securing our security operation zones

Justice Warsame is good. When Kenyans were illegally taken to Uganda to stand trial after the bombing he gave the government a tongue-lashing that left everyone with their mouths wide open. I can't remember the exact words but this is what he had to say about the president. "As a president who has sworn to uphold the law, it is truly sad that you stand by as your government commits an illegality"
