Any body noticed this appalling state of affairs....
Has it got anything to do with the exit of one Gakuo the colossus of a town clerk.
Whatever the case we need some order in town.
Today they may be on Tom Mboya,soon they will be all over town.

It's quite obvious that Gakuo was responsible for the improvement of the cbd. Now that he's gone,majiwa and the 40 thieves can embark on a path of destruction
