The KPL 2011trophy is Tusker's to lose:
Scenario 1. Congo hold Tusker. Ulinzi retain the trophy by beating rangers
Scenario 2. Tusker thrash Congo. we don't care about Ulinzi's score

Come on Congo United, another half like the first one.
Radio sports fans has there been more boring sports presenters like Edie Kimani & Charles Kiarie? They've absolutely killed my favourite sports show on Capital Fm.

I think this is a step backwards, you cannot force institutions to support community based clubs. Just because Tusker FC doesn't have as many fans as Gor or AFC doesn't mean something is wrong with the club....it's all about marketing and selling the brand to the football fans. I really feel sorry for small clubs like Bidco, KRA, Bandari, Mahakama and the rest who will be disbanded starting next season....all the players who in most cases are employees will probably be laid off. Same thing will happen to Tusker, Ulinzi, KCB, Chemilil, Western Stima etc. Its a good idea if properly implemented, you can't just ask EABL to withdraw Tusker from the league and sponsor some community based team because you feel it has more fans. If a club performs on the pitch then they'll definitely get sponsors....Rangers is a good example.
