most of the plots in utawala measure 80x60. there are some ranches with issues so get the history of the land from locals na usinunue flight path smile . the area is coming up well

True was there was surprised to c China Road guys building a road from the eastern bypass entering utawala near shopping center tokelezeain somewhere after ruai kangundo road then Tamarid estate on the way.

Plots hv been escalated serious from 400k to 1m thats for 80*40 most hv title

@Nobby. Yes i am selling 4 no. 80 x 40 ft joint plots very near utawala shopping center, the prestigious Fahari hotel and the new tarmaked rd. Good location fit for church, mosque,commercial or residential purposes. Let me have ur email and we can discuss.

The smallest size that is elligible for a title is actually 40*80 or equivalent area. This may not be strictly enforced. In some councils, the lowest they'll allow is 50*100 or thereabout
