malili bado haijaanza and we already talking about another technology city are we being duped for land prices to go up in various regions with these proposed cities every now and then!!!

That's part of vision 2030 but i guess you are right. The brokers will soon start singing a new song, 'plots near ict city along kangundo road' and u know what the prices wil be like. Still it would be a good thing if every corner of our country was evenly developed as this will reduce land prices in the long run.

really? its part of vision 2030. I really would like to see a list of all vision 2030 projects and where they are located.

1. Aerotropolis city near Thika municipality
2. Knowledge- cum-Health city near Ruaka town
3. Cyber City (greater Eastern by-pass/Kangundo road Junction)
