On whose account was Amolo soliciting for military assistance from the jews? Does he have any legal authority to engage foreign countries on matters concerning the country? Just wondering.
By inference, the man is all that Mr Phantom is not: an untrustworthy radical, divisive, too many enemies, a dictator, and a persistent liar...

Strictly speaking his position in Govt is wishy-washy.

Whenever the president is out of the Country the VP holds forte.
Thats why many a time he (the said Amolo) is out of the country at the same time as the President.

But the VP and President can NEVER be out of the country at the same time.

Are you saying the guy is a figure head for a certain section of the multitudes? Raila is an equal to the president while the VP is an assistant to both of them. There was a time the three senior pigs were out of the country and we went on with our lives.

It seems you have no political equilibrium. The PM is not an Equal to the President. The PM was only brought on board to believe that he can eat with the leaders.

The truth is, he was partially and marginally allowed into government to deceive his followers that they could partake in eating the full loaf on equal terms. It served the purpose of cooling down issues.

It is similar to Zimb but Kibaki handles it so well Rao cannot see it. The powers he assumes he has are only in his head but they keep his ppl in an illusion state of mind of being in power so that they can keep the peace as others continue eating. Platos cave.

@ Insurgent,

'The PM is not an Equal to the President. The powers he assumes he has are only in his head but they keep his ppl in an illusion state of mind of being in power so that they can keep the peace as others continue eating.'

Using your theory, please explain the cancellations of the presidential election; as the PM was not consulted?

While I respect everybody's freedom to express their opinions, lets state fact and not think we can fool people, with baseless statements.

Am I missing the point? Which elections are these? d'oh! d'oh!

May be you could explain how RAO only managed to see (not touch as he was not elligible) the soccer world cup trophy while Kibaki was allowed to hold it high above his head as it was on transit to South Africa.

I heard that only Presidents are allowed to hold it.

In the international scene the President carries more weight. You should have been there at AU meeting in Addis Ababa in was it 2010 where RAO wanted to address the seating on progress in cote de voire aaand....
