Strictly speaking his position in Govt is wishy-washy.
Whenever the president is out of the Country the VP holds forte.
Thats why many a time he (the said Amolo) is out of the country at the same time as the President.
But the VP and President can NEVER be out of the country at the same time.
Are you saying the guy is a figure head for a certain section of the multitudes?
Raila is an equal to the president while the VP is an assistant to both of them. There was a time the three senior pigs were out of the country and we went on with our lives.
'We' still haven't woken up, have we? How many Commanders-in-Chief of the armed forces do we have?...just at least be glad next year is an election year..
@Sure
It seems you have no political equilibrium. The PM is not an Equal to the President. The PM was only brought on board to believe that he can eat with the leaders.
The truth is, he was partially and marginally allowed into government to deceive his followers that they could partake in eating the full loaf on equal terms. It served the purpose of cooling down issues.
It is similar to Zimb but Kibaki handles it so well Rao cannot see it. The powers he assumes he has are only in his head but they keep his ppl in an illusion state of mind of being in power so that they can keep the peace as others continue eating. Platos cave.
