hey good people... curious,anyone dealt or bought the plots being sold by Mwihoko,the Phase 3 or even the Phase 2? are you just supposed to be given a sale agreement bila plot number etc till they finish paying off 'mama'?

When buying a plot,the plot number should appear on your sale agreement otehrwise what are you buying? even if the company bought the land as chunk,they are able to subdivide it and sell the subdivided land and then the buyers can wait for the title deeds to be processed. I havent heard a situation where someone buys land that has no plot number. Issues that would later arise in such a scenario include the allocation of the land ones everything is paid off and land is subdivided and assuming the deal collapses,the legal process would get murkier. My thots.

thanks wendz,I think what i meant to say was the LR number,I think the plot number is there (Havent bought the plots yet) she says she can only give you the LR number after ownershiip is transferred from mama to them... is that right?
