Hey guys. have any of you paid for property in fourways junction estate, particularly phase 2.

we propose to form a pressure group to keep us from getting shafted by the developer. just 20 pissed off buyers will do nicely to really get started.

Suraya have a model which they use called Joint Venture where the owner of the land partners with Suraya to do a project. This has the potential of one party esp the land owner feeling short changed. It is a tricky model though for Suraya it works well for them coz nowadays land is a big part of the project cost in most real estate development projects

I just want my apartment ready in April 2012, not June 2013 as they are now saying. And I simply can't understand why they are launchig a new project on mombasa road, Lone view estate, when they have not even started phase 2 of fourways!!!!!
