@  , do you want general weight gain or specific areas like the bust/chest, arms or butt? There are different forms of exercise that help build muscle in different areas

The thing with thin people (me included) is that we overestimate just how much we eat. If you do some proper calculation of how many calories you take in every day, you will probably find it to be very low, so add some more!
