The directors declared a 1:1 Bonus shares for the year ending 31.12.2010.Up to date i have never received any notification or otherwise a statement to show that i have got the same.Has any wazuan gotten his/hers?

I am with you in that situation. But I am made to understand that what is holding the Bonus shares - You have to open CDS equivalent with USE.

I tend to think there could be another reason because i did that more than six months ago and i have the account.

I got the below communication from Stanbic Yesterday:
Dear Shareholder,
I am pleased[/i] to inform you that the bonus shares allocated to shareholders on the Company’s register as at close of business on 17th June 2011 will be listed on the Uganda Securities Exchange on 23rd November 2011. They will thereafter be available for trading by eligible shareholders who already hold accounts with the Securities Central Depository (SCD).
In the event that you do not hold an account with the SCD, you are advised to approach any of the following SCD agents for purposes of opening an account. (List of Agents given)

I've also noted the price has factored the 1:1. Trading at UGX115.
