wish i could help but i have seen homeward agencies advertising 1/8 acre plots near daystar. you could try them though i don't know exactly where they are.

i live near hapo..no way ..the land near daystar uni esp near the lukenya getaway is going for like 3m for half acre..thats the upper limit but farther from dayster towards kinanie you can get 1/2 acre at 2.0m ..

Let me know if you are interested in land for Hostels in an already built up area. This is mainly for Daystar populace and other institutions coming up. There is a housing Finance Estate just below the land. But the prices are way from the 400K. These are going for 1M for a 50X100FT.

Ndambuki how much does an acre in Kinanie (around where the sewer line crosses) cost ?

am interested but 1M for 50X100 seems abit high!! Kwani what's the distance from the Daystar University Gate Do you have title deed ama ni certificate?

@ Ndambuki do you know anyone selling land around there about 1/4?
