What is ICC telling us when they say the verdict (or whatever they call it)will be delivered before Christmas and possibly before Thanksgiving day and that we should not react to what they pass? Scenario one: The case against Ocampo six is thrown out. ODM fanatics go on the street to demonstrate. Scenario two: Ruto is confirmed for hearing while Uhuru is let off the hook. UDM fanatics go on the street demanding Raila be included in the hearing. Scenario three: Ruto and Uhuru are confirmed and UDM and PNU fanatics attack one specific tribe (preferably maasai - so that I appear neutral here) Scenario four: Pls give me other scenarios so that I can weigh the behaviour of the market. By inference, the man is all that Mr Phantom is not: an untrustworthy radical, divisive, too many enemies, a dictator, and a persistent liar...Gaitho dialogues.

Scenario Three -- Luos are attacked while wazungus in central are attacked. Scenario Two is what will be announced and that is why ICC is warning against crashes in the rift valley. The truth is, ICC is a tool of some very evil gang that believes in deceptive democracy. So, don't expect justice. @ masukuma, let's call a spade a spade here. Kenya has a history of only succeeding in prosecuting chicken thieves. So we're hungry to see one of the untouchables behind bars. We couldn't even jail the thief of thieves Apostle, Elder, Paul Patni! Secondly, this country has never moved on from the PEV, we just think we have but there was no closure and the nation is not at ease. Now I don't know if these two guys are guilty but if they can provide closure then they will be a worthy sacrifice (nobody cares about the other 4). And if they went in on strong evidence believe me we will forget them and move on. Is Yugoslavia crying over Milosovic? Is Iraq crying over Sadam? Is Liberia crying over Charles Taylor? I don't think so. There are many men and women capable of leading this nation so don't worry about there being a void. But we need some sort of closure before 2012 elections.
