-To maintain health + regular physical activity.... 20 - 30min duration's at least 4 days/week at a 'talking' pace.
-lose Weight: ..... 30 - 45+ min at a comfortable pace for as many days as you can per week... being able to talk throughout,however finish slightly out of breath.
-Cardio-fitness: Walk 20+ mins at a fast pace,..... kidogo hilly terrain,aim for 2-3 times/ week,increasing both your breathing and heart rate,but remain comfortable.
Get ready... for the open road!
