@Kasisi 4-roomed and 4-bedroom are world apart. To get the idea, draw a rectangle, then divide it by 2 and the divide the two sections by two. there you have your 4-roomed house. If you want to make them all bedrooms ... you will have 4 bed-roomed house. Cooking can be done outside. And who needs sitting (table) room nowadays?

@PastorM I don't know if you are taking us for granted or its true you don't know. Evidently you skimmed through the article. Anyone seen this houses? The article says satellite offices in Kisumu i love to see a prototype house.

The picture is misleading, I saw a pic of their houses some time back on BD I think, they are prefabricated steel housing structures, I could liken it to a trailer park home, not to the picture shown. But still a very good deal.
