I may need a good lawyer to sue these guys. I have scratched more than 100 of their cards and won nothing.

Can I sue them on these grounds:
- mental distress of not winning
- the amount of labour required to scratch 100 cards + the kĩ-Lucy I used for the scratching
- the useless cards have polluted by immediate environment requiring extra garbage disposal
- family tension as the Air Traffic Controller now knows exactly how much I spent on myself (airport closed indefinitely for revaluation)
- in the event I won (believe me it would be peanuts), the parking fees would cost more than the prize I would win

Or is there any Wazuan who has had better fortunes?
A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work
