thanks ngalaka, somebody was telling me they are sellng shares at 5k .shareholders will be entitled to 5 acres in kapiti plains but will be required to pay some amount to be determined sometime later.ati prospective shareholders had the first meeting with the directors last Saturday.any truth on this or its just another bunch of artists out to con some ignorant kenyans.

Hey Veteran,

I am also a member... and wanted to know how real this deal is... so many stories out there.... kinda confusing. infact, i hear stuff has changed.. Each share is now worth 5k each .. each member is eligible to 5 acres making the shareholding worth 25k each member for 5 shares plus an 8th per share totaling to 5 acres and 5, 8th (as commercial land).
