Does reading on cellphone damage eyesight?

I have used my phone for years to browse but lately my eyes cant withstand the phone light for more than 5 minutes and my eyes feel so dry.

Do you need to be told to see a doctor? try that first then tell the wazua in-house doctor BS to advise further!

The eyes have a way of adjusting themsselves by the adjustment of the pupil depending on the light intensities. Anything outside this is considered a problem and one should see the optician.
Above all my grandmother told me that eyes were not meant for reading, just seeing.
African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'
