. Does anybody know of a web link or existence of map that shows these 'proposed' road networks or by-passes. There has to be planning document that shows where these roads will be built if they exist at all. Some evidence would be helpful when making decisions on whether to buy these properties that are claimed to be near proposed roads.

Yes KCA is selling some 100acres since they had acquired more land than they required for the project.They are selling an acre for 1m and minimum sale is 5acres.
KCA has land on the 9th kilometre and the 11th kilometre.Ours is on the 10th Kilometre.KCA is selling the piece on the 11th km.
Upon construction of the planned straight road the distance will be around 4kms to 5kms
