hi i have been following up my agent for an insurance claim with concoed insurance for the last one year. he has now told me that it is in financial problems and i should forget about my claim. anyone know about this and what my rights are in case the company is really in problems. ama my agent is pulling a fast one?

My office mate had insured with them and had a hard time geting compensated last yr Sept.Our corporate cab company also left them last year when 3 claims took over 6months.
They must be going down.Threaten them with a legal notice or something and be persistent.

Concord insurance has been in trouble since 2008, there was a time i heard that it was merging or being taken over by Matatu owners association.. i dont know what happened. i thought they reported some profits recently?
