The plot is in Runda-Mumwe. It has all the necessary paper work in place.

To get to the plot, the easiest route is via UNEP offices from where you follow Runda Road, then turn into Eliud Mathu Street, then onto Benin Drive, then turn left onto Pan African Insurance Avenue, then right to Eliza Zagoritis Rd, and then right to Glory Rd, which will take you to Mumwe barrier. Past Mumwe barrier, turn right twice; the land is between two nicely built houses on the left side of the road.

Innocent, you took the picture showing an eyesore of a perimetre wall innocently. You should have taken the picture inside the compound showing the well 'manicured' lawn and the house finishing the background. Ama you have no access to the compound? Conmen are many in Nairobi, you know.

Innocent, Ama you are selling the empty land on the foreground? Show the other three neighbouring sides of the plot if that is the case.
