Wazuans, i have a roto tank 8000L that i want to use for harvesting rain water. To ensure durability, i dug a nine feet hole and put it in. Which is the best way to fill the space around it before i cover it?

@ impunity, i guess you meant polyurethane. Is it affordable for domestic use. I know it is an industrial material meant for tough engineering for example to replace rubber, plastic and metal. Is it not meant for areas like Gaskets, Machinery mounts and the likes?

That's what i am referring to as vertical cylindrical tanks.They are meant to be placed on a firm foundation,sand or crackers.....An underground plastic tank looks like this and will hardly go above 5000 litres......You don't want to ask why.
