Was assessing my rural Gatanga, 20km NW of Thika. An acre goes for at least 1m! Cheapest. Some quote as high as 3m! Tumzee tunajidai ati ni metropolitan lol! Wish I were wiser. Plots aside, shambas will soon be unaffordable to a vast majority. Soon![/quote]
