Maina Theuri, I only know mti moja, not miti mingi. Now where the hell is Miti Mingi?

Nightgale is selling her expansive land near Mangu, Nku. Did you know that?

When interest on bonds keep going up, you know the bear run is on high street. When interest on bonds start leveling, the bear has met the bull and they have hit rock bottom. When the interest rates on bonds start coming down, the bull has overpowered the bear and you better be riding the bull.

Mbaruk is synonymous with accidents. I have not been grounded along the route yet over a puncture or overheating radiator. Otherwise, you get to know the name of a place in extra ordinary cases as you would normally just cruise by without stopping to ask villagers the name of a place.

Stem or pipeline is more evident as tell tale signs are all over.

Am from Naks and Isiolo at the same time.

I am still in the look out for a 1/4 in Naks in a cosmopolitan area within 30 minutes drive from Nakuru with a budget of under 500k. I will appreciate any contacts and advice in the next 2 months afterwhich I have to close a deal. Thank you

Am conversant with the area. Depends on several factors as with real estate; the further you move from amenities the cheaper it gets. Near Nku - Nbi highway (pipeline depot) be ready to part with 1m plus. If you move further interior some are going for as much as 200k
