I cannot give you the stats for turnover and client base since it was a new salon which hadn't operated for long. Take it like you are starting a new business. That's why there is no goodwill.

i would be interested in the equipment list...

the business must be up for sale for some reason e.g. poor customer service, or location, or lack of water...
