You are unwittingly being used to market a certain presidential candidate. All serious and impartial bloggers reveal their identity on their blog. The fact that there is no identity to the blog and the slant in 100% of the articles on the blog reveal that the writer has only one interest which is to cut down RAO.

About Mitchel Blundell - He believed that Jaramogi was a communist so no surprises in his book.

About Jaramogi representing backwardness - The Luo Thrift Company was formed by Jaramogi and its sole purpose was to uplift the Luo.

About Jaramogi vs Thomas Mboya in the heavyweigh category - Yes there was political rivalry which can only be healthy in a democracy. Each developed Kenya in their own way. Jaramogi brought Russsians to build the Russia hospital in Kisumu. Tom had the Kennedy airlifts. I like both for their efforts.

About Jaramogi supporting Arwings Kodhek & Dr Munyua Waiyaki- In fact CMG Arwings Kodhek and Dr Waiyaki were some of the educated and intellectual Africans of that time. I see nothing wrong with that.

About the allegations affecting RAO's political career - I do not think so as holding RAO responsible for Jaramogi's actions would be childish. In fact, the conclusion of the article forms fertile grounds for the seeds of a libel suit.

About the veracity of that last statement - Then Kenyatta must have had a Saul - Damascus moment to protect his erstwhile adversary against being held accountable for the assassination of Mboya.

Other interesting facts;

Did you know that Nahashon Njenga may have been a beneficiary of the Mboya/Kennedy airlifts?

Did you know that Dr Waiyaki (a graduate of LSE) helped Mboya in lobbying for the airlifts?

That, Thomas Joseph Odhiambo Mboya was in fact not from Siaya but was born in Thika and traces his historical roots to Rusinga Islands?

That CMG A Kodhek was very close confidant of Kenyatta?
