Kisaju plots

Hallo everyone, just a quick one, i have 5 Acre land in Kisaju 800 meters from the main Namanga road just near the Mosque. I bought it few years ago for speculation and woz thinking of selling it as a block or in smaller plots
My question to this family is
1. If i sell in smaller plots, is sub-division allowed around in Kisaju (unable to confirmed) how much will subdivjsion cost Apprx
2. How much does an 1/8 cost around that area?! Market Value

You are a very rich man!!

You are in the range of 15M (minimum) if you sell as a block. You will make more if you sell in plots. For that distance, the minimum is 400k per 1/8th.

Thanks Abby, wonders will never cease, 3 years ago my better half thought am crazy when purchasing tha land.... Do u have any idea if subdivision in allowed, apparantely am getting not sooo straight info?!!

Guys i also need to know if there is
A surveyor amongs us', i also planned to sell the plots at half Million each, is it possible to get that since i will be going back abroad in Jan 2012?!

You could still sell your property even if you are out of the country. So, you do not have to sell in a hurry. A lot of people in the diaspora sell and buy property while out of the country - but having a reliable conveyance lawyer is important to do the transactions.

Subdivision is allowed. And dont sell the land in a hurry, uza polepole and u will make a kill my brother!!!U r a sitting on a cash time bomb...

Yes, subdivision is allowed; I recently bought quarters in that area, mine is 1.5 km away from Namanga Road.

Namanga road will boom, all the way to Isinya, I suspect even Kajiado.
