I am look ing for cheap vehicle Fleet tracking services that can generate regular location reports,a geo-fence,speed reports & ability to immobilise the car if need arises.

Well most companies will give you a good tracking device but when it comes to recovery dont think outside TRACK IT. They are a proffessional security company and even have police officcers attached to their moblile unit. They are everywhere from Moshi in TZ To Goma to in DR Congo. Their OP manager Tejani has contacts of every police station and coupled with their experience you will be getting value for money.

The others only have the gadgets and installations but when you need to immobolize or recovery you can imagine being told <<your car is heading to Isebania border please try to see if anyone there can go and report to the police there or if you can follow it with your friends car<<
