To all male wazuans - After reading that article, what advice would you give to your son concerning women? Imagine you were to have "that talk" with him today. I know we have a few good ladies out there - the likes of @Wendz - but seriously, what are the odds of your son NOT meeting a Nazlin Umar in future? Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Her only drawback would be she has to pay for a longer tenor. My 2 cents.
