the wedding show is coming to wazua.. this post and the one on rings.. what is it admin? adverts revenues..
why don't we discuss the rationale of weddings..
when two people decide that the best way they can keep the relationship in check is by inviting the whole world to come watch them sign their lives away
the expense may be more relevant to wazua.. for the price of an acre of land in ruiru... people show their ignorance.. neo-colonisation.. lack of critical thinking in adopting a western styled event much more often copy pasting what they saw on the above mentioned show..
i have often told a girl after another.. i'd rather give all that money wasted to her family as dowry instead of a mind numbing experience..
despite that i am yet to go through this and i know its inevitable.. you know for universal 'landing' rights even if only at easter and christmas..
the most ignorant thing of all is the six wedding venues..
1. early morning ceremony to get the girl out 2. church nuptials 3. photo session at a hotel you have never been to 4. wedding reception and the 100k cake 5. evening party 6. there must be something i forgot above
this madness should stop

Check an exhibition called Kevin Suits. He is located along a street between Moi Avenue and Tom Mboya, behind World Business Centre (opp Odeon), last one towards the Tom Mboya Statue direction. Imported ones for 8k, decent quality.

@nifunze, when you have time, check out www.indochino.comThough the prices are not in your range, especially with the weak shilling now, its good to know about it all the same...
