MotoGP Mourns

We were all caught up in Rugby, EPL and forgot all about tragic event that took place at the Malaysian Grand Prix. Marco Simoncelli was killed in a crash after losing control of his bike, the race was cancelled. This comes barely a week after his second place finish at the Australian GP.

Saw it on SS bulletins...It wasn't a bad crash but Marco's crash helmet came offPray

@ Njung'e......after Simoncelli lost control of his bike it regained partial grip, pulled him back across the track and straight into the path of Edwards and Rossi. From the footage you can't really tell what happened to him before the crash, its as if he had already passed out otherwise you would have expected him to pull out of it. Its really sad because this guy was really aggressive on the track, he was a bit similar to Hamilton (F1). I think once the helmet came off.... RIP!

We leave it to the medics but really sad coming on the memorial service day of Dan Wheldon.RIP

...TAZ ,it appears that he was already near the tarmac as Edwards run over him.something went wrong before the crash ....it was a horrible sight.
....could have been worse if the "doctor" had crash as well,still recovering from last years...they need to start using mopeds or baijag
