Payback period of over 20 yrs (assuming rent 25k per month). Seems too long to me.

the value of the plot is mostly due to the location of the flats and lack of available land for other development around the area. if one can get me a somali to buy it he surely will receieve a handsome commision and if tyou know whereI can get the somalis please refer me.
