I have been offered a plot 50 by 100 at Utawala by a company by the name Custom Homes. The plot seems to be in a good area near Mihango Primary - Valley View estate. Has anyone delt with them in this forum? Please advice.

Nobby, yes I have dealt with Custom Homes back in Dec 2006. Can you please tell me who you dealing with in particular? I know the owner and I just want to make sure then consequently I can advice you on the pit falls to avoid while dealing with them.

I talked with a lady called Emily but i have not met her, she referred me to a gentleman called John Gichau ( not sure of second name) who showed me the plot coz he also lives in the area.
