Don't know about calories and beer but Yokozuna is bound to give you no worries on kitambi and landings.

Increased awareness about health and lifestyle diseases. It used to be unheard of for someone in their 20s to get a heart attack, high blood pressure - not so any more. Bottom line, is that everyone decides what they choose to put into their body. It doesnt hurt to take control in matters concerning your health.
On the other hand...a healthy beer? Not so sure. Rather than shopping for a brand of beer by looking for one with lower calories, I'd stick to my brand and figure out how much I need to do to get rid of the calories.

On average a standard beer will contain anywhere between 200-300kcal. Your recommended total daily caloric requirement is 2000kcal. If you drink 2 beers every night, that amounts to an extra 25% energy intake or in other words in 1 week you'll have taken an extra 1400-2100kcal (an extra days energy). Over time this accumulates as body fat. The simple reality is that if you take in 500kcal as alcohol, you've got to give up an equal number of calories from elsewhere in the diet.
