@ Kyt what is the big deal about distance?if the place has potentials why not try you lucky star?You can never go wrong with land unlike stocks.Just do all your due diligence checks first.Investing in land is always a wise decision.I would advise you to either use google maps to check out the distance or better still visit the place,no harm in knowing a new place.

Konza is indeed 60km from NCBD,was those sides over the weekend and can attest to that. 200km we're talking Nairobi - Nyeri my brother.

Please confirm if the 100acres in your name and confirm where exactly the bypass is.Is this the turn off just after Salama as you head towards Sultan Hamud (kwa hako kahill - Deliverance Church signboard?) That means the trucks will be passing infront of the site?d'oh! I know you mentioned it earlier lakini...please clarify if my assumptions are incorrect.

@ Forester the land is in the name of the company i work for,that is Thomson Group Limited.
The by pass wont be exactly there but cant completely describe where unless i send u on email via google maps.
