For one who aims to give monthly contributions,What's the most suitable place to do so over long term and with compounded interest? probably given its recent history performance.

There is an insurance product by CFC Life called Lifevest you can invest your monthly contributions for a minimum of 5 years. Their interest is not constant(depends on investments performance), but its compound. They claim that their average rate is 12%.
