I am looking for a 1/4 or 1/8 acre plot in Donholm area. Would prefer to deal directly with an owner but agents of good standing can be considered. Anyone with such info?

The place is called utawala on ur way to embakasi village u branch toward administration police college or GSU college some metres from the college,is share certificates we have not been issued with tilte deed as yet

Would anyone out there have any idea how much a plot aprox 75x50 in utawala west /embakasi and about 100m from the eastern bypass would go for?
