What can one do with this size of a plot.Somebody did me a drawing of 6 bed sitters,is this feasible?

You seem concerned to provide appropriately sized housing to your tenants. Perhaps you should discuss the suitable size of the rooms in a 50 by 30 plot size with the Architect who will do the drawings for you. They always have a qualified professional advice!
